At Good Paws Pet Services, we want to make sure your furry friend gets their goodies as quickly and easily as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy.
Delivery nationwide with
Australia Post and Aramex
We partner with Australia Post and Aramex to bring our premium dog treats to your door, no matter where you are in Australia (subject to delivery limitations as defined by our partners)
Shipping rates
We categorise our shipping into metropolitan and rural and regional areas as defined by our delivery partners.
Metropolitan: Free shipping for orders over $99.00 otherwise capped at $9.95.
Rural and Regional: Free shipping for orders over $250.00 otherwise at cost.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of them being placed. During busy periods or due to stock delays, this timeframe may, unfortunately, extend. If there are any significant delays to your order, we will contact you at your provided email address to keep you informed.
We cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery which occur due to Australia Post delays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, labour strikes etc.).
